Zero Emission Vehicles
The owners of vehicles classified as ‘0 Emissions’ in the DGT Vehicle Register do not require authorisation to park in the Controlled Parking Service (CPS) blue and green spaces. They can park without time limit and without a parking pass, provided that it is not prohibited by any general or specific regulations.
They will also have free access to Central Madrid (LEZ).
Persons with Reduced Mobility
Vehicles intended for the transport of persons with reduced mobility, where the relevant original special badge is displayed, subject to the requirements and limits established for the badge, and provided that the badge holder is being transported.
