We recommend extending your ticket in advance and having all notifications activated to avoid this type of situation.
You should go to Parking Meter and press the active ticket you want to extend. Then you will see the Extend option, where you can adjust the desired time and confirm. You will also be able to Change Alarm within your active ticket and choose from the existing options.
The fine is valid, as when you were fined you did not have a valid ticket.
You can submit an appeal to the city council, providing the evidence you deem necessary. For more information, contact your city’s controlled parking centre directly.
