It’s very simple. Go to the app and click on ‘Pay a fine’. You must enter the details of the fine:
- Search for the city where you received the fine.
- Select and review the registration number.
- Tap on ‘search fines’.
If there is no fine, it may be that it can no longer be cancelled or you have not been reported. If you have any doubts as to whether you have been reported, we recommend that you contact your city’s regulated parking centre.
Portugal: Go to the app and tap on ‘Pay fine’. You must enter the details of the fine: city and the file or notification code that must be printed on the header of the document that you were given. You will then be able to make the fine payment.
If you have other outstanding fines, you can also choose to pay off the total debt.
