The Telpark application complies with all the technical and legal requirements demanded by the General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Law, with both the website and the smartphone application being duly updated to the new regulations. It also has a Data Protection Officer, whose main functions are to provide advice, assistance and information to both the company and its employees, as well as to users who exercise any of the rights included in the regulations.
In this respect, we would like to inform you that you will be able to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of the processing and portability of the data in any case you wish to, within the scope established by the applicable regulations at any given time.
